peaceful retreat attentive team really good holiday
this riad was like a peaceful retreat from the lively streets. the team working here is wonderful and attentive. mourad, azddine, and mohamed were pretty good (i already miss our chats). nourdine, ilyas, and abderhman helped make my holiday really good.
the location near the market made parking a bit challenging. navigating the daily market traffic was sometimes difficult. i found the narrow streets a little inconvenient.

world class customer service
I appreciated that the staff were amazing. they picked me up from the taxi drop off and were available 24/7 for anything i needed. the customer service was world class. That really set the tone for my stay.
the access to parking was impractical. there was a daily market , made it difficult to get to the riad by car. i would consider an alternative transportation option.

great guy customer service
The staff offered AMAZING service from the start. I was picked up from the taxi and given a tour of the Medina. They were available 24/7 for anything I needed. It was world class customer service. I must shout out to Mohammed, he's a great guy.
There was a noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom. It was a bit bothersome.

The rooms feature beautiful decoration and are kept super clean. The bathroom is large and modern with very clean finishes. The beds were good for sleeping. The whole riad is decorated beautifully.

The team arranged a transfer from the airport. Upon arrival at the Medina gate, the team met me. They even walked me part of the way to Jemaa el-Fnaa square with tips and directions, very helpful.

Really good Stay with Attentive Staff

The riad was beautifully designed. The traditional Moroccan style was evident. Rooms were spacious and very clean with a nice en suite bathroom, I loved that. The staff were friendly. They offered help when needed. Breakfast included delicious traditional Moroccan options. I found it very satisfying.

The hotel is slightly away from the center. This provides a quieter atmosphere. the area felt safe, and local attractions were still accessible. Walking around, I was able to easily discover some nice places.

There is a swimming pool located in the center of the building providing a refreshing escape. A marvelous terrace overlooks the surroundings offering views and space. Guests can unwind and enjoy the fresh air there.

service gaps overshadowed positives
ineffective air conditioning musty smell
The room was smaller than expected, and the air conditioning was not effective. it struggled to cool the room during the day. This made afternoons uncomfortable, i also noticed a persistent musty smell in the bathroom. it was a small inconvenience, but noticeable and affected my overall comfort

plumbing issue difficult parking
the bathroom had A noticeable smell. i think it was some kind of plumbing issue. also, finding parking nearby was difficult, especially because of the daily market nearby. it made accessing THE hotel a bit stressful at times.
